Toad and the Stooligans
Hailing from Providence, RI and growing up in the nearby suburbs, Toad and the Stooligans is far from the typical hip hop group. Formed in early 2015, the high school friends joined together with the common goal of playing a different brand of hip hop. Heavily influenced by funk, jazz and a plethora of other genres, the Stooligans mesh multiple sounds together to create a canvas for their dual-vocal delivery.
The Morgana Phase
The Morgana Phase are a progressive rock quintet from Providence, RI. The band self-released their debut LP "I: Godspeed into the Fire" in September 2016; the first in a planned series of concept albums about space, war, politics and supernatural abilities. The band are currently working on their sophomore LP due out early 2019.
Crowded Rooms is a new collaboration between Michael Higginbotham and Richard Farrands. Their debut EP, "Violet Soul" (2018) was written with an eclectic mix of musical influence - capturing the grand nature of film scores while pursuing the rhythmic sensibilities of hip-hop and R&B.
Sun of Sound
Sun of Sound is a 5-piece hip hop band based in Providence, RI/Boston, MA. With their eclectic blend of hip hop and rock, they have been building a following throughout Rhode Island and Southeast Massachusetts since 2010.
